8. BIOGRAPHY: We greatly appreciate our guest contributors and very proud of their efforts. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate for guest posts but we can include a short 2-3 sentence biography and photograph about our guest authors. We are more than happy to showcase your other writing samples too by linking to one website (or to your Facebook or Twitter account). Otherwise, please understand that we can’t link to product pages or promote businesses.

9. CONTENT AND STYLE. More often than not, the audience best responds to “how to” style guides and lists – here are some examples, “7 Easy Ways to Fix Your Back” “Pain Beliefs Need Tackling” “Gait Reeducation for Runners” “The Biggest Issue Faced by a Physical therapist” “Improving Thoracic Mobility in Throwers” “Plyometrics: How much is enough?” So when writing your article, start with a catchy introduction then get straight to the point. Breakdown topics/tips/advice into lists, subheadings or bullets. It should be easy to read and understand since most people only skim read on the Internet.
10. WRITING 101. Numbers from 1-9 must be written alphabetically i.e. one, two, three etc and numbers from 10 onwards must be in numeric format i.e. 10, 11, 12 etc.
11. We appreciate only one space after a full stop/period for the purpose of starting a new sentence.
12. Submit your post in a Word Document and/or Google Document at [email protected]. Do not forget to include your biography and photograph.
13. Once your post is published, we encourage you to share your post with your friends via email, your website and social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
